The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte in cooperation with the Department of Tourism and the Local Government of General Luna will once again hold the Siargao International Surfing Cup on September 26 - October 1, 2005 in General Luna, Siargao Island, Surigao del Norte, Philippines.
