Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are generally non-refundable, except in cases outlined below.

2. Cancellation or Changes by NewStarTravel

In such cases, you will be notified promptly and offered:
A full refund of all payments made for the affected tour, processed within 14 business days.
An alternative tour of similar value, subject to your approval.

3. Non-Refundable Items
